With more than 27 years of experience architecting and leading enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple business and industry environments, David recognized that businesses were lacking visibility to vital operational and business information to make informed decisions. From being on hundreds of shop floors and in board rooms, David envisioned a new way of managing business performance and began the development of IQ-Fusion in 2007. David is the chief visionary of the IQ-Fusion platform and the IQity Solutions suite. David has worked with many manufacturing enterprises including Canada Post, Tyson Foods, ConAgra, General Dynamics, and Emerson Electric.

Rodney joined IQity Solutions in 2010 with a proven track record of transforming software prototypes into commercial products for more than 13 years. Rodney is responsible for leading IQity’s software and technology development, including the IQ-Fusion product line. Prior to IQity, Rodney worked for Neolinear (acquired by Cadence Design Systems) as well as Ciespace Inc., a technology startup out of Carnegie Mellon University. Rodney is listed as an inventor on 7 patents, 1 pending. Rodney received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Chris has more than 18 years experience working in engineering, technology and software markets. At IQity, Chris is responsible for managing customer relationships and delivering value-added services to maximize customers’ return on their technology investment. Before IQity, Chris was employed with Ciespace Inc., a technology startup out of Carnegie Mellon University where he served as Vice President of Sales. Chris received both his B.S. in Civil Engineering and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Karen brings more than 20 years experience of leading strategic Marketing programs with an emphasis on customer loyalty and retention. Karen is responsible for directing all marketing efforts for IQity products and services, and is driving the launch of the company and the IQ-Fusion product line. An award-winning professional, Karen has served on the advisory board of Convio, Inc., a leading cloud-based technology company. Karen is a magna cum laude graduate of Yale University.

A specialist in the delivery of web-based solutions, Lance is responsible for all software integration efforts for the IQ-Fusion product line.   Lance brings more than 15 years of experience integrating packaged and custom software solutions into corporate infrastructures.  Prior to IQity, Lance was with MSC Software and eBuilt, Inc.  A certified Project Management Professional, Lance received his Masters in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.

Mike  is a co-founding member of IQity Solutions and the firm’s first Chief Technology Officer.  Responsible for implementing David’s vision through the initial design specification and prototyping of IQity’s flagship product, IQ-Fusion^TM, Mike now serves in an advisory capacity drawing on his many years of experience with enterprise performance management and information technology.
