Load the data you want

  • Product Compliance Attributes (PCA): translates the Voice of the Customer into product technical requirements like: color, texture, shape and weight
  • Process Variable Parameters (PVP): settings, specifications, and attributes required to achieve PCAs, such as; feeds, speeds, voltage, temperature, viscosity and pressure
  • Expected Values (EV): production results, standards or rates such as; cost, count, pieces, hours and pounds
  • Metrics: relationships between PCA, PVP, and EV data such as cost/UOM, OEE, % yields, pounds/hour
